Yes! We ship to all of mainland England, Wales and Scotland too and the price of our couriers delivering the boxed letters to you and collecting them again is included in the prices quoted – no ‘hidden’ extra charges guaranteed!
Yes! You can choose between three options:
Day before your event we can courier the letters to any address between 9am and 5pm
Timed deliveries are available at an extra £20 fee
Hand delivery, set up and collection is also available – please contact us for prices
The courier will collect the following working day after your event between 9am and 5pm from any address. There are no upgrade options with the courier collection.
As long as the letters can be left safe (they are still your responsibility) the courier will collect them. The courier does not allocate time slots and will not call prior to arrival.
Yes! They are battery operated – so no plugs, ugly wires, extension cables trailing everywhere! They are light and can also be supplied with eye-let hooks so you can hang them up. Just simply take the Light Up Letters out of their box and switch them on at the back. Either all on or our party perfect ‘chasing’ setting. It really could not be more simple.
Yes – we test all the letters and ensure the batteries are working and fully charged before we send them to you – they last for about 30 hours. You can leave the Light Up Letters on constantly for this time, or push the setting so they will turn off after 6 hours. You can also choose to have the lights on constant, or chasing motion. Amazing!
We now have over 150 Light Up Letters and there’s still more in production. So really they’re aren’t many things we can’t spell. It does depend on stock availability, so book early to avoid disappointment!

There are two different size of box for delivery:
3 letters will be delivered in a box of 130 cm high x 33 cm deep x 63 cm wide.
2 letters will be delivered in a box of 130 cm high x 23 cm deep x 63 cm wide. Four letters will be delivered in 2 boxes of 2.
It is best to measure your car to see if they will fit so you can take them to your venue. Alternatively, we are happy to speak to your venue and make sure they are happy to receive the letters and know how simple they are to set up.
Sometimes we will have a discount offer on and it will be shown clearly on the website. We also offer a discount if you are local to us and prefer to collect and bring back the letters to us.
Whilst they are light and can be propped up in a barn or out-building – we do not recommend the letters are used outside all day unless you have spoken to us about the details of where they will be going (especially if the weather is looking like rain). They are not water proof (but are shower proof) and because they are light weight we have extra feet for use outside. Please let us know if you are wanting to use them outside.

We have over 200 temporary tattoos which you can choose from. You can have as many designs as you would like.
We would recommend no more than 20 just because too much choice means indecision! But it is entirely up to you!
You get 2 hours of tattooing for the hire cost and you can add extra hour’s on at £50 an hour.
We will travel anywhere if you are willing to pay for it! The package includes travel up to 50 miles from GU10.

Yes – we will happily send you up to five tattoos – at a cost of £3.95 including postage and packaging. Just drop us an email.
Depending on your skin type, the location of the tattoo and the rubbing of clothes temporary tattoos last between two days and two weeks. Usually this is 3 to 7 days. If you have an oily skin, the tattoo remains longer if you first cleanse and dry your skin.
Our temporary tattoos are water resistant. You can wear the temporary tattoos to go swimming, when taking a shower or a bath. Please note that any oily substance (like soap, bath oil etc.) will degrade the tattoo.
You can remove temporary tattoos with rubbing alcohol, baby oil, exfoliating, or by using transparent household tape.
No. They are a more like ‘transfers’ and do not stain the skin or fabric.
All temporary tattoos we offer are 100% non-toxic and safe for children over the age of 3 years. Although they may not be suitable for sensitive skin.
The product complies with the requirements of the EU Cosmetic Safety Directive (1223/2009/EC) as amended. It is not toxic by ingestion but may bind to the eye membrane if it accidentally enters the eye.
The ingredients of the tattoos and the water-based adhesive can be provided on request.
