Refunds + Shipping: The Deets
Heads up: Since your tats are a beauty product and often custom-made just for you, we don’t usually do returns. To make sure your ink looks its best, read our application instructions – seriously, they help! However, if you’re not totally happy with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to sort things out. We try to ship your order within one business day via standard post. Once it’s out of our hands and with Royal Mail, it’s on its journey to you. Delivery times are just estimates from Royal Mail, so we can’t be responsible if they take a detour. Got a shipping sitch? Holler at us, and we’ll do what we can to help.
Safety First, Always: The Important Stuff
We’re all about safe fun! Our tats use medical-grade adhesive that’s skin-safe and non-toxic. They’re even EN71 (CE) certified, so you know they’re legit. But hey, just like with any beauty product, some skin might get a little sensitive. If you’ve had reactions to adhesives before or have super sensitive skin, do a test spot first or chat with a pro. We do not recommend that you use our Temporary Tattoos on children who are under two years (24 months) old. By using our products, you’re taking responsibility for any reactions that might happen.
Our Creative Brains (Intellectual Property)
We love a good collab and all things creative! If you send us your own images for custom tats, you’re telling us you either own the rights to that pic or you’ve got permission from the owner. We respect creators and will take down any content that’s proven to be infringing on someone’s rights within two weeks of getting the heads-up.
Copyright Claim? Here’s What We Need:
- Your contact info and your signature (digital or real).
- What the copyrighted work is and how you own it (proof, please!).
- Where you saw the problem (like a website link).
- A serious statement saying your claim is real and accurate (you could get in trouble if it’s not).
Access to Our Site: Keep It Personal
Doris Loves lets you check out our website for your personal use. But you can’t just copy, change, or use our stuff or products to make money without asking us first. If you do, we might have to block your access and even take legal action. Keep it chill and don’t steal our vibe.
Your Awesome Content (User Content)
When you share stuff with us (like comments or pics), you’re giving Doris Loves permission to use it for promos and showing off how cool our community is. Just make sure your posts don’t break any laws or step on anyone else’s rights. We might have to delete or hide content if it’s not cool.
