DOES THE PRICE OF THE Light Up Letters INCLUDE THE COST OF DELIVERY?
Yes! We ship to all of mainland England and Wales and a lot of areas of Scotland too and the price of our couriers delivering the boxed letters to you and collecting them again is included in the prices quoted – no ‘hidden’ extra charges guaranteed!
Do you have delivery options?
You can choose between four options:
Thursday before your wedding between 9am and 5pm – at NO EXTRA CHARGE
Thursday before your wedding between 9am – 12pm – £20 extra
Friday before your wedding between 9am – 12pm – £20 extra
We are also trialling personal delivery and set up – extra charges apply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options available
What are your options with collections:
The courier will collect the on the MONDAY following your wedding between 9am and 5pm. I am sorry there is NO upgrade option for collection. Someone will need to be on-hand to oversee the delivery and collection. The courier does not allocate time slots and will not call prior to arrival.
If your wedding falls on a BANK HOLIDAY weekend the collection will be made the TUESDAY following your wedding.
Again we are trialling personal collection – so please just let us know if you are interested
ARE THEY EASY TO SET UP?
Yes! They are battery operated – so no plugs, ugly wires, extension cables trailing everywhere! They are light and can also be supplied with eye-let hooks so you can hang them up. Just simply take the Light Up Letters out of their box and switch them on at the back. Either all on or our party perfect ‘chasing’ setting. It really could not be more simple.
ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED?
Yes – we test all the letters and ensure the batteries are working and fully charged before we send them to you – they last for about 16 hours. You can leave the Light Up Letters on constantly for this time, or push the setting so they will turn off after 6 hours. You can also choose to have the lights on constant, or chasing motion. Amazing!
HOW MANY LETTERS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT CAN I SPELL?
We now have over 100 Light Up Letters and there’s still more in production. So really they’re aren’t many things we can’t spell. It does depend on stock availability, so book early to avoid disappointment!
HOW BIG ARE THEY?
120 cm high x 10 cm deep x 60 cm wide – unboxed.
There are two different size of box for delivery:
3 letters will be delivered in a box of 130 cm high x 33 cm deep x 63 cm wide.
2 letters will be delivered in a box of 130 cm high x 23 cm deep x 63 cm wide. Four letters will be delivered in 2 boxes of 2.
It is best to measure your car to see if they will fit so you can take them to your venue. Alternatively, we are happy to speak to your venue and make sure they are happy to receive the letters and know how simple they are to set up.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE Light Up Letter HIRE?
Once we have your booking form we will email you an invoice with our bank account details so you can pay via online banking. Or you can ask to pay by Paypal (although please note there is a 3.4% charge which we pass on to you to do this). We ask for a deposit of £75 to secure your booking and then the balance a month before your BIG day.
DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS?
Sometimes we will have a discount offer on and it will be shown clearly on the website. We also offer a discount if you are local to us and prefer to collect and bring back the letters to us.
ARE THEY SUITABLE FOR OUTSIDE USE?
Whilst they are light and can be propped up in a barn or out-building – we do not recommend the letters are used outside for longer than, say, it takes to capture them in your wedding pics. They are not water proof and because they are light weight they could get damaged if they are left on an uneven surface.
DO YOU DO ANY NUMBERS OR SHAPES BESIDES LETTERS?
Yes we have 2 hearts, 2 hashtags and 2 explanation marks.
As for numbers we do not carry any number currently but watch out on our social media as we’ll announce there first!
